August and September

We have been going like crazy.... and here are some of the pictures to share. We made a trip to Henrietta to visit the Christanelli's. This was Quinn's first road trip, although it was only like two hours. I had the car all packed and a whole list of fun road trip songs I thought we should listen to. Well, Quinn was wonderful but didn't quite act as the road trip companion I had hoped for. He slept the whole way. Thankfully my off-key singing didn't keep him up! Then a few weeks later the Christanelli's made the trip to stay with us for a few days. Quinn loved spending time with Tabor and Carter. He was mesmorized by the big boy things Carter can do! Here are Quinn's 4 month stats: slow but steady!

Weight: 12lbs, 13 ounces (12th percentile)

Head: 16 in. (10th percentile)

Length: 26 1/8 in. (77th percentile)

On the 4th Heather hosted Quinn's sip and see. Auntie did a lovely early afternoon tea with goodies from my favorite tea room, The Chocolate Angel. Thank you to everyone who came to visit with Quinn. He is such a blessing in our lives and we are so happy to have you share in our joy with him! And thank you Heather for such a beautiful sip and see!

Since we are back to school Quinn gets to play with cousins Payton and Triston every day after school! We are slowly getting in to the swing of things! Quinn has a bottle while we are in the carpool line and that usually makes him a happy traveler! He loves seeing the back door open and greets them with happy smiles baby talks the whole way home. This was on the first day when Payton discovered all of Quinn's fun toys. I walked in and Payton was so proud that he had set up every toy around Quinn so he could easily pick out one to play with. What a thoughtful cousin!

We had cousin Emma's 2rd Birthday! This was Quinn's second birthday party to attend. He had a great time watching all of the big kids play. Quinn also met a little lady friend, Kellan. Quinn and Kellan hit it off... she even gave him his first kiss!
