November

I know I say it every month but I really cannot believe it's already been another month. It seems like it was April yesterday and we blinked now it's almost Christmas. So, I am making a pact to stop saying how fast the time is going... because I think each year will just go by faster than the one before... is that what happens as you get older? Well, anyhoo, here are some pictures of Quinn from November. Enjoy!

On Sunday, the 18th we had Quinn's Child Dedication. It was a very special day for our family as we dedicated to raise Quinn is a Christian home and to teach him to follow Jesus Christ. We were very thankful to have our family join us... Nanny and Grandad, Tia and Papa, Nana, Auntie and Uncle Ray Ray, Uncle Jay and Aunt Steph. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

Bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have of the day. Maybe Tia has some?

We had a wonderful first Thanksgiving with Quinn. We started the off the day by introducing Quinn the Stagner family tradition... Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade as Mommy and Daddy enjoyed their coffee and sausage rolls. This year Quinn enjoyed his bottle but next year he can have the sausage rolls too! Then we all got dressed and headed to Nana's to have a yummy Thanksgiving lunch and a nap for Quinn and hopefully Mommy too! We spent the afternoon with the Nana, the Hawkins-Pedigo gang, and Grandma and Grandpa Mayfield. Nana made a delicious feast that we all ate too much of. And then we all snoozed and relaxed for a bit before heading to Grandad's to celebrate Thanksgiving with them.

Nanny was celebrating Thanksgiving with the Asbury girls in Seagrove so Grandad was on his own to make our Thanksgiving dinner. He did an excellent job and even set the table! Quinn enjoyed playing with his cousins Matthew, Michael and Kristen and we enjoyed spending time with the Musso/Malooly gang, Tim and Mike and Kathleen. Quinn had a yummy dinner of sweet potatoes and corn and some apple pie all wonderfully made by Gerber and went down for the night just in time for us to have dinner. We finished off the evening by sharing all of our reasons to be thankful as we had desert! We are so very thankful for so many things this year. Mostly, for our sweet Gabriel Quinn. Mommy and Daddy love you so much and are so thankful to have you in our lives. We are thankful for our family, near and far. We thank you for always being so loving and supportive. We are thankful for our wonderful friends. We are so happy to share our lives with all of you and we look forward to the many years of fun ahead as our families grow! We are thankful for our puppies, our health, our home, and most importantly our gracious and loving God!

We met Tia and Debra at the park to try for some Christmas card pictures. We weren't very successful with a family picture but Tia did get a few cute ones of Quinn and Mommy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE those kissable cheeks!
